At NOI Gioielli Firenze 1873, every creation reflects the tradition of Italian craftsmanship and is carefully handcrafted by our master goldsmiths.
Rather than manufacturing jewellery in large quantities, most of our creations are individually made after an order has been placed. This approach allows us to devote the highest level of attention to every detail and ensures that each piece meets the quality standards that define our brand.
Production
Production generally begins shortly after your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Estimated production times displayed on our Website refer to the manufacturing process and do not include shipping time.
While we always strive to meet the estimated schedule, production times may occasionally vary depending on the complexity of the design, material availability or seasonal workload.
Should any significant delay occur, we will promptly inform you.
Handmade Craftsmanship
Each NOI Gioielli creation is handcrafted by skilled Italian artisans using traditional jewellery-making techniques.
For this reason, slight variations in finishing, engraving, polishing, enamel application or dimensions may naturally occur.
These characteristics are not defects but an essential part of authentic handcrafted jewellery and contribute to the uniqueness of every creation.
Natural Gemstones
Natural gemstones are unique by nature.
Minor variations in colour, inclusions, transparency, brilliance and internal characteristics are normal and should be expected.
Whenever possible, our artisans carefully select and match gemstones to ensure a harmonious appearance while respecting the natural beauty of each stone.
Product Images
We make every reasonable effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible.
However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions and photographic reproduction.
Such differences shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Ring Sizes
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size before placing an order.
If you are unsure of your size, we strongly recommend contacting us before completing your purchase.
Depending on the design, resizing after delivery may not always be possible or may involve additional charges.
Order Cancellation
Because each piece is individually handcrafted specifically for the customer, production generally begins shortly after payment has been received.
Cancellation requests can therefore only be accepted before production has commenced.
Once production has started, materials and manufacturing resources have already been allocated specifically for your order.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Shipping & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
NOI Gioielli has no control over such charges and cannot estimate their amount.
Warranty
All NOI Gioielli jewellery is covered by the statutory legal guarantee applicable under the laws of the country where the purchase is made.
In addition, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- scratches or surface marks resulting from ordinary use;
- accidental damage;
- improper use or handling;
- impacts;
- exposure to chemicals;
- repairs or modifications carried out by third parties;
- damage resulting from failure to follow normal jewellery care recommendations.
Should you believe your jewellery presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will carefully examine the piece and determine the most appropriate solution.
Right of Withdrawal
Most NOI GIOIELLI FIRENZE creations are individually handcrafted after an order has been placed.
Where applicable consumer protection laws provide exceptions for goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, such exceptions shall apply.
Nothing contained in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
